CANCELLATIONS
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we ask that you provide at least 24 hours notice. If you are unable to provide 24 hours notice, you will be subject to a cancellation fee equal to 50% of your scheduled service.
This fee will be issued via invoice. If the fee is not paid within 24 hours, you will not be permitted to reschedule or book another appointment until the cancellation fee is fulfilled.
** In the event that you are cancelling due to an emergency or sickness, the cancellation fee may be waived at the discretion of the stylist.

NO CALL/NO-SHOWS
If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment and have not contacted your stylist to notify them, you will be subject to a no-show fee equal to 100% of your scheduled service.
This fee will be issued via invoice. If the fee is not paid within 24 hours, you will be banned from booking with The Raven Door Hair Studio.
***In the event that you no-showed due to an emergency, this fee may be waived at the discretion of the stylist.

TARDINESS
In the event that you will arrive past your appointment start time, please notify your stylist. If you will arrive more than 15 minutes late, you may be asked to reschedule.
In the event that your stylist is running behind for any reason, you will be notified at least one hour in advance, and permitted to reschedule if necessary.

EXTRA GUESTS/CHILDREN
In order to maintain a relaxing and safe environment for everyone around us, no children or extra guests are permitted to attend during your appointment, unless they have an appointment themselves. You may be asked to reschedule if you bring your children or an extra guest.
***This policy is not a blanket policy in certain circumstances. We understand that newborns must stay with their mothers if exclusively breastfed and are willing to accommodate where we can.

INCLEMENT WEATHER
In the event of inclement weather, your stylist may need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. You will receive notice of this no less than 2 hours before your scheduled service.

REFUNDS & RE-DO'S
It is my utmost priority to ensure each guest is fully satisfied with the result of their service. If for any reason you are not, please notify your stylist within 3 days of your service and they will discuss a plan and time to adjust your hair free of charge. Any communication made past the 3 day mark will not be considered an adjustment and will be scheduled as a new service at full price.
There will be only one adjustment offered per service. Time for adjustments is limited and will be given where available.
No refunds of any kind are available after a service is completed.

WHERE ARE YOU LOCATED?
The Raven Door Hair Studio is a private salon suite located inside Suites by Ivy House, at 5698 West Gate City Blvd. Greensboro, NC. You can find the suites right beside Lidl.
When you walk inside Suites by Ivy House you will see a directory which can help guide you. Raven Door is in Suite 116.

HOW DO I GET INTO THE BUILDING?
Suites by Ivy House is a locked and secure building at all times. On the day of your appointment, you will be provided with a code to enter the building.

HOW DOES HOURLY PRICING WORK?
You’ll see that some services are hourly and some are not. The services that are hourly have been priced this way due to the varying nature of the process from guest to guest. This way, each guest is charged a fair price for their custom experience.
If an hourly service finishes on the hour mark, you will be charged exactly $70 per each hour. If the hourly service finishes before the half hour, it will be rounded down. If after the half hour, it will be rounded up. If an hourly services finishes on the half hour, you will be charged half of the $70 hourly rate for that hour ($35).
